See, what this blog really needs is photos, real photos from the street. Unfortunately I don’t have a digital camera, and my phone freezes when you set it to take photos. I did find a camera phone on the pavement the other day, but I don’t have the charger. Perhaps i’ll invest in a charger, so i can add photos to my many-stringèd bow (blog). For the moment, you will just have to make do with useless pictures not taken by myself that i have merely stumbled upon on the internet.

Here is an interesting one to start with, it’s sort of like a magic eye in that you have to cross your eyes a bit and then focus on a middle image to see it in 3D. The effect is achieved by taking photos in stereo, with the respective camera lenses the same distance apart as your eyes would be. Imagine that! Exciting stuff. The bonus that this picture has over Magic Eye pictures is that even if you can’t manage to see it in 3D, the picture still has some value to the onlooker.

You can actually the difference in angles that the photo’s taken at, in this example:
